Pre-Order Window
Pre-orders open today and close at 11:59 PM on Wednesday [insert date].
Once the pre-order window closes, all orders are submitted for production.
Production & Delivery Timeframe
All pre-order garments are made specifically for our customers after the pre-order period has ended.
The estimated production timeframe is 8 weeks, beginning from the Wednesday pre-order closing date, not from the date your individual order is placed.
Please note that production, freight, customs processing, and delivery timelines may occasionally vary. We will keep customers updated throughout the process.
No Refunds or Exchanges
As all pre-order garments are made specifically to order, all pre-order sales are final.
We do not offer:
- Refunds
- Exchanges
- Returns
- Cancellations for change of mind
