PRE-ORDER POLICY

Thank you for supporting Hunaarn and our made-to-order collections.
Please read the following information carefully before placing your order.

PRE ORDER WINDOW 

Pre-orders OPEN THURSDAY 17 SEPTEMBER 2026 12PM. 
Pre-orders will be open on the following dates Thursday 12PM 17/09/26 to Wednesday 23/09/26 12AM. Once the pre-order window closes, all orders are submitted for production.

PRODUCTION DELIVERY TIME FRAME

All pre-order garments are made specifically for our customers after the pre-order period has ended. The estimated production timeframe is 8 weeks, beginning from the Wednesday pre-order closing date, not from the date your individual order is placed.
Please note that production, freight, customs processing, and delivery timelines may occasionally vary. We will keep customers updated throughout the process. 
No Refunds or Exchanges - As all pre-order garments are made specifically to order, all pre-order sales are final.

We do not offer:

  • Refunds
  • Exchanges
  • Returns
  • Cancellations for change of mind

Please ensure you carefully check your size, colour selection, shipping address, and order details before completing your purchase.

AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By placing a pre-order with Hunaarn, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Pre-Order Policy, including the estimated production timeframe and the no-refund, no-exchange conditions.
